Sir/Madam In my apartment pent house owners misusing terrace, damaging terrace. So my flat is immediate affecting, i requested them stop damaging, not stopped, i complained association, association failed. I filed petition with police station, they forwarded it to municipal authorities for appropriate action, but municipal authorities not taken any action till now. I am planning file a private case with jurisdiction court for enter FIR under section IPC 425, court direct station in-charge for register FIR? if register FIR, take criminal action on pent house owners?
