Dear sir/madam
I have been torchered mentally & physically by my wife since marriage (9 years). we have a 6 years old child.
Now can I file a complaint against my wife in woman complaint cell. for this any lawyer required? or I can do myself? What action will be taken by the cell after the complaint.
