I entered as third party under Rule 1/10. In Between the other parties settle their
case ouside court and intended to withdraw the case. Due to this withdrawal of case, the judge dismissed the case and held my application infructuous vide his daily order dated 30.9.2013..
Now what the other parties did. after 1 month they applied an execution petition and the judge acted very quickly on this execution petition and issued a warrant of dispossesion on the basis of his order dated 30.9.2013. the other parties acted very cleverly and even the officials of judiciary acted in connivance and They showed in their report my house as closed. After that the judge issued a warrant of dispossesion against xxx with police aid. the the result is that i have been dispossesed of my house.
As is evident the judge issued warrant of dispossesion on a dismissed case without any judgment.
