is it beneficial in case of FIR Quash, that we had informed police before my wife complaint in CAW cell, she had almost lodge a complaint, against me and my family members approx 4 months after my email and letter to police that she had given me threat of false 498A, she is doing because i caught her with her Boy friend. when i questioned she aggresively went with her family memebers ?......
Quash can be done on such application and emails to various police station women cell etc. ? informing about her verbal threats of false cases and extra martial affairs ?
