hi,
I have started my new practice but i am unable to get work due to lack of contacts .
i was wondering if some one could help me out in getting some work particularly the "compliance certification work" . As ICSI has imposed limit of 80 compliances per member so if some member is having excess certificate/clients so he may be able to help me out .

thanks for ur sugesstion but your knowledge is outdated ICAI/ICSI through its code has now permettited its members to advertise them self .
in niole clapp v/s institute of chartered accountants in england and wales ( 1997) CA held that communination with in professional freatinity does not amont to advertisment to attaract t he code there must either be direct communication or attemot to communicate the PROSPECTIVE CLIENT "
