today morning i post a thread titled "component of rape from a rape scene" with a video of rape scene. the thread is immediately deleated by some puritan, conservative, ultra backward moderator. i am now giving an explanation why i posted the video.
watching a rape will give you a clear idea of component of rape. if you watch that video or any rape video you will see the following components consists of a rape:
1] fighting/ resistance ( 60% of the scene)
2] shouting( 30% of the scene)
3] penetration ( 10% of the scene)
the percentage shows the weightage of each component in the scene.
so as you see, the fighting/ resistance is the major component of a rape scene. next comes shouting. penetration has a less important weightage. go see a rape scene inside your own room hiding from the world in the middle of the night..............
in our courtroom this resistance is not given its due weightage. court decides rape only on either penetration or mere complaint.
this is a wrong practice. this is a mal practice of law. justice is not delevered at all.
