And one more help, if I want to get EC before 87 how will they give and how to apply- is it in person only.

    Regarding the EC prior to 87, they will search and give a manual certificate instead of a computer printout. As regards to your query, "How to Apply" , you can apply thorugh on-line https://www.tnreginet.net/igr/webAppln/EC.asp?tams=0 or you can apply in person with the concerned Registrar or sub-Registrar
