Your wife is a cheat, no doubt about it. Your uncle is another cheat and biggest cheat is the so called advocate of the Supreme Court. You have been made fool by all these characters, now you look for free of cost legal consultancy from honest lawyer here in this forum.

You need to pursue a fresh round of litigation. No appeal lies against the dismissal of the MCD.

I agree to the opinion of expert Mr. P. Venu  that you cannot prefer an appeal against the dismissal of MCD.

She witghdrew her consent hence the case was dismissed.

Once she withdrew her consent, there is no question of any other aspect that you may express before court in the MCD case.

 

Dont waste time by preferring an appeal which is not maintainable.

 

You may better file a fresh divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and desertion.
