A counsel followed by heart attack hands over the file to the client with the advise to hire a new counsel. The client being old forgets to do anything. The Second Appeal comes up for hearing and gets dismissed on default due non appearance of counsel or the client. Four years passed . and the client approaches the original counsel with the file. On enquiry it is revealed that the case was dismissed four years back. Now the client applies for condonation of delay for application for restoration of the SA. Any help /references to get the condonation allowed?
