I possess an old tenament at a coop housing society and further would like to extend the construction at ground floor as well want to have new contruction at 1st and 2nd floor. However would like to extend the construction in excess of what is the permissible limit given by municipal coroporation. My immediate neighbours from all the sides/corners have no issue in extending my construction since all of them have extended their construction out side the municipal corporation scope. Need your advice in case i go ahead with construction, who all can raise their objection other than my neighbours. Can a third party , who is not affected by my construction, can he raise an objection.
Also suggest, any solution/remeday in case of any.
