I was bought the plot in1999 through notary and constructed house in 2000 and took the permission & house no. in 2003 and till 2019 paid taxes regularly and the it was registered in2019. when I wish to reconstruct by dismount the old house. for constructing the new house, to take the permission from municipality they are asking link documents
as it was registered in 2019 no links are available.
kindly solve this issue to get permission from municipality.
What kind of plot have purchased ? Whether the plot is an alienable one or a patta land. Is their any bar on registration. why did you do only Notary.
If it is a patta land the original owner cannot register and the person who is buying will be at risk and notary is the only option and has no legal value.
