1. No planning approval for modified construction.
2. Inadequate Parking space not only for car, bike also.
3. Violations of rules like space minimum 4 feet in all sides.
4. Damage claim for quality like wall cracks, parking.
5. Bore well not done.
6. Without association handover to owners.
