My query is Govt has enteered into contract with an insurance company under rajiv Ganhdi accident Claim scheme and has paid Rs 19 crore premium .that any death occurs becuase of accident in hit n run case Insurance company will pay.but now compnat is refusing.to pay.Can this be claimed in Consumer Forum or if any cibl suit will be filed.If yes then Mandatory injunction or declration with mandatory injunction.plz guide us as soon as possible.sudhir gakhar advocate

Is the policy document issued and available with the complainant.
What are the terms and conditions.
Was any clam form submitted.
Has the company declined in writing.
