I request for complaint format of consumer forum thane to get back extra non-occupation charges paid to housing society. At present Society is charging more than 10% of service charges and not accepting my maintainance cheque.

Sir,
It is better if you approach the Dy.Registrar of CHS of your area for speedier resolution of your grievances, however, if you intend to approach the Consumer Forum a general draft of Consumer complaint is attached. This is just a tentative draft. I have used it in my Consumer Complaint to a good result. However, to be on safe side, it is will be advisable to prepare your Consumer complaint and get it verifide by the District forum authorities.

Thanks for your advise i have already logged complaint with Dy. Registrar. In india it is common jargon "Justice delayed - justice denied".
