Can relief be claimed in consumer law or civil law?

It is the responsibility of the FDR holder (in this case the contractor) to get the FDR renewed from time to time.  It is not the responsibility of anybody else.  Therefore the question of seeking any compensation etc. does not arise.

The contract involving FDR and written T&C is available?

If, yes pls attach.

You may erase the names, address, emaild id, phone numbers, etc etc to maintain the confidentiality.

It is felt that Renewal is by the a/c holder of FDR.
