Accused having charge of ipc 307(Bail Application is reject) and now in judicial custody in jail but keep in solitary ( kaal kothri) by the jail authority.We have complaint against jailor in front of magistrate of first class on oath by his wife.The honble magistrate have issue show cause notice for reply in 2 days but its 5 days pass they have nothing reply of notice nor move out accused from the kaal kothri.
1)what is next step should be taken??
2)and any other proceeding may be possible against the jailor.??

Mostly the courts are leinant to take any firm steps in such matters. Just contact NHRC (Human rights) and file the complaint;
Meanwhile try for bail in higher court.
