My brother applied for a divorce from his wife who only lived after marriage 9 days with him then run away with boyfriend 9 years ago.
Now court has put this on ecourts.gov.in
Contested--DISMISSED IN DEFAULT U/O 9 RULE 3 OF CPC
Not sure what does it mean, could u please explain?
