contested divorce by husband before completion of one year

I got married in jan-2014. I lived with my husband only for 2 months. He is v violent & short tempered and always threatening for divorce. I also tried to attempt sucide once cos of his harrassment. Can my husband file contested divorce now on grounds of cruelty??

yes he can file the divorce case before family court u/s 13 of HMA along with an application u/s 14 of HMA before completion of one year.
