Contract job enquiry

Hello all respected persons,

I want to ask that I am working in public school from last 4 years on contract in Delhi (pitampura). Now my contract is about to expire in mid of may. I got one bad news from internal staff that the owner of school is not renewing my contract. So I want to ask that can I fight for become a permanent employe  in court or shall I move on and search new job.

Thanks in advance

Hi

According to the TN conferment of permanent status act has provision to any employee working 480 days (during the last 24 calender months) continious service will be absorbed as permanent status of employment and employer cant be retrench the employee under provison of ID act.

please check your local advocate and you can approach directly to the JCL

You may also go thru guidelines issued by DOE,Board with which school is affiliated.
