Share under Hindu succession

A  hindu died intestate  leaving his son S1, daughter D1 by his first (predeceased) wife, and son S2,daughter D2,by his second wife and his second wife "w".

Please tell me, what will be the  share of son "S1" in the property?

one-fifth. in case, where the marriage with second wife is registered.

One fourth in other case

As per the provisions of Sections 6 to 10 of the Hindu Succession Act.  If in case a male Hindu dies intestate his property devolves on his legal heirs named as Class-I  .   

The Class-I legal heirs are sons, daughters, widow and mother of the deceased.   They all take one share each hence in your case each one is entitled of one share and as the male hindu died in your case leaving behind him five legal heirs of class-I.  Hence each one of you are entitled to one fifth share.
