be it produced before court and clear the actual true facts to the court. The court will apply its own mind. Further, the legal requirement is demand the money through notice. When the notice has returne with remarks refused it is deemed service. This objection is for accused. You have to submit this cover with the complaint and clear the facts.

It is a common procedure to present the documents before the court as it is. When there is a change init,its reason must be admissibly explained. So, the opened cover shall be presented before the court by giving the reasonable explanation for it. The reason must be stated in the pleadings itself.
