Democratic Indian (n/a)     06 November 2010

On 15 August 1947 human population in India was around 30 crores, today it has exploded to around 1.2 billion and still growing furiously. In the same period the population of forests and animals has declined with equal ferocity. Still for some peculiar reasons we are more keen on "controlling" animal population but ignoring human population which is a much bigger danger to our survival and well being. All the development being done is getting swallowed by exploding human population.

Is this planning also be useful to control the population of high speed increasing politicians?  Mass people are bitten by them everywhere.  OR any such other scheme?

I got an idea. Corrupt public servants should be punished by mad dog bite.
