i am filing 439 for my client , offence is 302 , he is alleged to have stabbed the deceased 8 times with knife all other co accused are juviniles and r on bail, charge sheet has been filed , most of the allegations on my client as he is the only person 20yrs old all others juveniles, pls help me through some citations , such as age must be taken into consideration while disposing bail, the 161 statement of the only eye witness is not corraborating with the self statement of the accused, can it be taken as contension, he is also a diploma student, and pls post some citations which will be helpfull for my case,
