What is diference between constituent power and legislative power of the Parliament?

Is constituent power above and independent of doctrine of separation of powers ?

Parliament has no Constitutional Power . It has Constitution Amending Power and Legislatuive power.

- the constitution provides power to perliament to work as the apex body of the country and actually enjoys the power as a soverign country.

- yes very true. it is also there.
