Orders on Discharge petition on charges on me U/S 420, is posted for delivery on 29/01/11 by a magistrate court.
I would like to further submit written of argument to the court as i feel that my lawyer's argument was limited.
The contents of my lawyers argument is that the case is civil in nature:
Is return of loan a criminal case U/S420 and Is partnership investment and no return of investment a criminal case U/S 420.
The Complaintant is very influential who is legal advisor to police Commissioner office and an Retd APP. Kindly advise me on procedures. The case has moved to this stage from the year 2003.
I'm waiting for the justice. Kindly guide me.
