I want to know the information about the hindu law of property. My want to claim the property from his parents I like to explain all thing in details my mom got married at the year of 1983 my mom has one sister and brother all got married. My mom dad and mom passed before 20 years. The whole property is now under the control of my mom`s brother my mom and her sister want to take their share from his brother may we know how much share we get is there any law which give rights to equal share for all 3 members or the girl child should have less share when compare to the male children. The whole property of my mom family is from ancient properties.
