hi everyone,
i had sought some information from sports deptt of haryana .
it did not provide relevant information.it answered as follows:
" The information you have sought can not be covered under para 9 of rule 2(f) of RTI act 2005"
what does it mean by para 9 of rule 2(f) ?

There is NO..................para 9 of Rule 2 ( f ) of the RTI Act, 2005.
Thi PIO is misguiding YOU. So file a Complaint Petition before the STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION u/s 18 if the interval date has been over..........30days.

If companies regd under Companies Act, 1956, are covered by RTI, why private sector banks like AXIX, ICICI, KOTAK, HDFC, which too are companies, not covered. CIC says they are not public authorities.
