Where to apeal after lossing case in consumer court?

HI,

I am from Ahmedabad gujarat.

I have sue my builder for not giving me proper flat, I have submitted the enough evidences like photo graph of poor construction, dent . I have also submitted one professional Engeener's estimation to support my case.

But some how I am feeling I am going to loose the case, (My lawyer was not that good :(    )

Now, I just want to know the process that if somebody losse the case in consumer court, what will be the next step? I am very sure that my case is strong and I definetly want to proceed ahead.

So what will be next level?

Appeal to the State Commission with a certified copy of the consumer forum. The appeal should be made within 30 days of receiving the judgement.

@Himanshu, don't give up my father fought up to supreme court against our builder, the consumers forum judges were biased. he won in supreme court. Keep fighting AND get a better lawyer.

by the way, the state commission upheld judgment of pune forum, so we were able to go straight to supreme court without any problems. saved us some time.... ;)
