Where to file the Prayer to get the "temporary injunction granted earlier" vacated and which was granted the DC?
Now it is an urgent thing due to change of circumstances
Power to vacate earlier injunction order ............. Who's jurisdiction would it fall under DC or HC?

even the trial court can vacate the interim injunction/ stay.

Trial Court can vacate the Temporary Injunction and also you can file an Appeal. The appeal can be preferred even when the objections against the same are pending before Trial Court.
