Prescribed qualification for the post of Indian politicians : 1. He must be goonda 2) To know the techinque of gulping the public money 3) He must be the son or daughter of the poltician 4) Must have knowledge to hide black money 5) Must have a knowledge of divide and rule policy. These you wil learn if you join the polticis, no experience is required for this.
