My question is regarding a company in maharastra which deals in Hardware, AMC and software. Please provide me your thoughts on below queries.
1. What are liabilities of company towards its staff in case staff becomes partially disable or loses his life in Accident
2. Can we put office timings 9.30 to 6.30 in writing in HR Manual? As this goes beyond 8 hours. (We have total 45 minutes’ break viz. Lunch Break and short break in the evening)
3. Can over Time be included in salary slip with other salary heads?
4. Can we put ‘salary – inclusive of Over time’ in appointment letter and show the salary break-up in an annexure attached with Appointment letter?
5. Can we use the word ‘deduction’ / ‘salary deduction / deducted’ in HR Manual / HR policy?
