Nullity of marriage : Problem with the false allegations

Double fraud by the boy,

The boy and girl were friends and the boy proposed her once which was rejected.

After few days to avoid a mairrage arranged by the boy's parrents with another girl,the boy forced the girl to sign a paper in some other language to get a mairrage certificate.

After few days the girl gets a notice of nullity filed by the boy with lots of false allegations on the girl.

Now the girl also wants nullity desperately but she cannot accept the false allegations.

What should be done by her?can she file a nullity in parallel with the true claims of fraud by the boy?

The girl wants no involvement of money either in the form of maintainance or anything.She just wants nullification on true grounds.

Nullity whether filed on any grounds is going to give same result. What grounds the boy says would have to be proved by him if the girl oppose. So anyway she cannot be denied justice. But cros claims for same cause which are contrary would result into suspicion in the mind of the judge and he might reject your petition outrightly. Be cautious!

Just consult with a good lawyer and sit for mediation with the boy. This would allow the boy to agree with some terms and girl would also agree. Only mutual understanding would result into desired results.

That is true but witness of the girl would be a part of the process.She will have to face this trauma just because the stupid boy made up some immoral plans to solve problems with is family and grinding the girl in between.

The mediation phase is over and the stupid boy is addamnt on not withdrawing the false allegations and accepting the true thing.Instead he threatens and offers money to the girl in order to accept allegations.

This situation has become very traumatic for the girl who has to face the society and a feeling of disrespect infront of her family members.
