Summons not issued

1. Were we  befooled.???? And by whom??????

i had given an application for early hearing, seeking maintainace in a DV case, on aroud a month back.

agaist which i was given a hearing for around mid  August.

I spent 2 hours reaching the court, only to know hearing is at 2.00pm,   at 2.00 pm , i am informed by the  respected judge that we have no submitted the PF.( our lawyer had not reached )(i could not understand what was PF)

After lawyer reaches, i am told by him , no summons had been issued at all , as the court person could not find the file .

A whole month is wasted and next hearing is after a month !!!!!!!!!

What will I do if same thing is again repeated.

2.Also pls. advice can I as a petitiner , can see the case file  , as a right, and find out why the earler summons were not received by the respondents .And why , inspite of judges order, summons were not issued to still another respondent ???

pf here may mean process fees which the petitioner is supposed by affixing stamps of some value normally the clerk of the court should tell you how much pf is to be attached and you can buy the stamps and affix it yourself.
