You better ask your lawyer why it is taking so long and what is the current stage of the suit.

Some hearings are happening.

We are asking for own use. But they are telling they can increase the rent if we want. But we didn't agree for that.

They are just delaying with out attending for hearings.

If the other party is not attending the hearing then, ask your lawyer to take objections in the court and take suitable legal steps against them.

Can you tell me with your knowledge generally how long it will take in the courts to get eviction under T.P Act (106) provided all documents are clear like registered lease agreement, proper ownership proof etc.....

The best answer is that you should ask this question to your lawyer as this one is not a  law point to be discussed here. Prediction of timing for process of courts in india is premature.

U ask question your lawyer for that and u also attend in court.

That is it.  you too attend the court and ask the lawyer what is going on. and take the next posting date and attend every postin date for a few times so that you get an idea of what is going on.  any way this is a case of too much delay.  You better pay more attention, do not get panic.

One more thing.

I heard recently in Parlament, our Legal Ministry announced  they are developing infrastructure to increase the number of  trail courts to speed up clear the number of cases.

Will that really give any benifit .to the people who are strugling because of delays in cases.
