A false case u/s 12 domestic violence 2005 is filed in district of UP against persons residents of Gurgaon Haryana by 498a witch. she is getting maint. under crpc 125 . Sec 9 RCR is still pending . proceeding as x party
in her complaints / applications impose false & baseless allegation of murder on me & other family members & above it try to spoil the character of Late younger sister
Such allegations were not present in any previous applications of 498a matter or 125 matter, even in Domestic Violence application was filed this particular allegation is written by hand after proper planning
on paper she was subjected to s*xual violence in society she spread I do not like him due to his ugly appearance & above it he is IMPOTENT .
I have audio recording in which her father admitted same & affidavit of some persons
None of above allegation is marked in FIR or in other case.
In 498A she claimed 6 lacs as dowry in ipc 406 she claim 15 lacs as dowry Both are in different court
I want to file defamation Please suggest
can i file in Haryana
My lawyer told me that u can not file defamation as DV 2005 in which such fake allegations are imposed is pending
Lost job due to RTI raised by her lawyer on company
