Please help

Good afternoon to Lawyers club india. i am a CA student and also member of CAclubindia from 2 years. 

On me, There is a criminal CASE and already continuing from last 2 years. so now i am willing apply for passport. should i wait till the case completes or before i can do it or not. i am very much bothered about this. please clarify my doubt.

You can apply for passport, just mention the case details.

 

The Passport office may insist upon NoC from court, which can be obtained if required.

On what ground a judge can reject 340 CrPC despite all the documentary evidences.What course of action is called immediately in such a case.

It can be deduced only after seeing the application and order.

 

The remedy is in 341 CrPC.
