Then next ground of divorce would be wife is not adequately gifted things on various occassions which is cruelty by husband to wife :-(

I believe it is Very Indirect Method of Cruelty, Our "Bharat Ratna DV Act" will Make It. Sooner or Later. Wife will Complaint about
1) Snoring in bed

2) Farting

3)Sneezing

All this would Counter Sooner or Later as Emotinal and Mental Abuse under DV, Ha ha

and later through Well documented it will make ground for Divorce

So, what should be the standard or measure of Cruelty in matrimonial matters either snagging, adultery, unsoundness of mind and so on?
