rajiv - rajoo is right in our culture making allegation orally not tenable at law and even though it is harrasments try solving same with help of other relatives and amicably.

if he is threatening over phone, record the conversation which will serve as proof.

Under the recent amendments (long back) electronic conversion taped is admissible as evidence but requires to prove that the voice recorded is of accuse of course it is concerned of FSL - you may get success even.
