Need to hire a lawyer in Chennai for the following situation.
1. Father in Law is absconding with over Rs 20 lakhs and my personal property. His own house is locked and he is moved out of Chennai.
2. I have lodged a complaint with the local Chennai police station. Police has given me a FIR.
3. How do I get an arrest warrant for the Father in Law ?
4. How do I get a search warrant on his property ? Can I go there with some police to search the property ?
