Cruelity is mental in nature is sufficeint to prove cruleity

One of the worst sorts of cruelty

Maintaining silence to  humiliate and inflict mental agony is considered mental/emotional./psychological  cruelty

So does it mean, One Husband needs to Act like Joker, No matter How much she Abuse you or your parents, If you keep Silence it will Amount to Cruelty and If you speak to stop her, It amounts emotional Cruelty.

This is Not Law, I believe it is Slavery..

in this case, the wife is behaving very arrogantly & throws petty alligations on everyone.

so to avoid quarrels, nobody is talking to her; being afraid of her threats of filing false complaints.

the wife is treating everyone at home as her slaves.

she is very much aware of the Rights of DIL but not of Duties

Every thing should be seen in full context - if husband stopped talking because of some reason. It's not cruelty.

DIL can not take advantage of her own wrong doings. Also court needs evidence, if Husband denies than ..?
