Gratuity for $yr 270 days

One must complete 05 years to become eligible to recieve gratuity i.e., you must work upto 08th July 2012.

You will recieve gratuity for those years you worked for 240 days.

In case you worked less than 240 days in any year you will not receive bonus for that year.
