Memorizing the acts and sections

Hi all!!

wats the better way to byheart and remember the bare acts Like IPC etc. How do u generally heart long Acts??

any tips??

I think memorising sections and articles are greatly overerated. I guess if you know where to find your stuff and what points are there in a section you're just fine.

for eg. If I know that a contract can past present or future and moved by a person called promisor and acceped by acceptor for 'something in return' and it's enforcesble by law otherwise a void agreement then I hardly need to remember ss 2(a) -2(j) of contract act.

 

I find ss of IPC  easier to remember than many other acts. 1st its devided properly in parts like offences against property, offences against body, stating with interpratations ect. you just need to get the sequence right.

Practice makes the man perfect, this should be applied with full spirit.
