Litigation expenses

what are the criteria granting litigation expenses to wife during a marriage petition filed by husband ?

 

eg. fees of lawyer engaged by wife, travelling expenses, charges of typing & printing petition pages, buying of court fee stamps, dining expenses, ...

Wife can file a petition for maintenance pendente-lite(interim) with litigation cost(as mentioned you)in the same Court.

whoever wins the suit.

discretion of court.

in case int maint i.e. pendent lite if granted, then costs are also granted, as prayed and by discretion ofc ourt.
