If a girl has been brought up by persons who didnot adopt her legally , in official terms can she say that she is the only daughter of the adoptive parents (Guardians)? She though in her legal documents mentions the name of her biologial parents.

Is that amounts to fraud that she states in her marriage invitation card that she is the only daughter of the persons who has brought her up? without mentioning the names of her biological parents who remains legally her parents ?
