In my case when female child was 1.6 yeras old wife went to her parents house.Child was under care of me and my parents.After that when child comes to an age 3.5 years She applied under "Guardian and Wards Act" demanding Temporary Custody,Permanent Custody and Visitation rights.Out of these court did not granted any demand of her,and case is in Family court panding on judgement.Our lawyers says that only 1% Chance for us to get Female child custody.Now,the age of child is 7.0 years.Chamber Interview in court had been done in court and child shows her willingness to live with us.Then what are the chances that custody can be given to us...
