she can file a suit for declaration that the second wife has no status of wife besides filing of complaint u/s 494 of IPC . she can also file a divorce petition againstr her husband and claim maintenance, the son of second wife will have no right of inheritance in the ancestral property of the family ,though he is entitled to inherit the property of his fathers own personal property,
