my query might sound a bit funny or weird, but i want to know about this, my wife has left for her matrimonial home after having fought with me and me giving a statement that i dont want to continue with her, and i will approach the court for a divorce, she said that she wants to continue with me, i gave this statement to the womens cell of the police, after going to her mothers place she is now calling me and spoke with me a couple
of times on the phone of which i have the recordings, on one instance where she came to know later that i was recording her calls on my mobile, she asked me, if i have used some of her previous recordings to show to the police, and she fears that i will take her to the police on the basis of that recording, here she had abused me verbally on the phone and and even threatened to 'see' the police officer who had summoned her.
on another instance, she began symphthising with me saying that i feel sorry for you, as i think you have some physcological problem and better see a physcologist or something, not to go into depression and take some medicines to improve my mental health. i dont have any mental or physco problems, but i have recorded these calls on my mobile. can any member please guide me how i can use these calls against her if i approach the courts for a divorce.
I would indeed be obliged if any member guides me on this.
