can i get divorce on basis of mental harassment and suicide threat

Depends upon the facts and circumstances of your case, if you can prove mental harrassment it is surely a ground for divorce.

actually i am married for last 1 year. but she always scares me by saying that she will commit suicide, she tried to commit suicide and when i resisted she said i have physically tortured her. she even put blame of dowry against me but i have not taken a single penny. now she wants to join me. but i am sure she will again start the game. so please advice. also i m a commissioned officer in air force. so if they put 498 against me, will i loose my job.
