Issue with husband filing petition

Typically it is seen that whoever files the first petition is at disadvantage particularly for husbands. can anybody throw more light on this as to how the husband will be at disdavantage if the first petition is filed by him.

Merits are more important than the Sequence of filing petitions.

its is all based on the circumstancies & the situation for the divorce... but as per our law females are always benifited as you can see list of laws in favor of females... and in case of divorce whoever file first pitition but law will see husband as guilty first... and majourity time husband has to defense himself by proving many things as the wife had alegated on him...

anyways sorry females I'm not against any female but whatever the truth is going on that i had shared as I my self had experienced it...

once again sorry if by mistake my words hurt someone...
