The documents required to be verified by a buyer at the time of buying a non-agricultural land are:

1)Whether there is the sanction of conversion of agricultural to non-agricultural land by the Thasildar?

2) Previous Agricultural land records like Pattadar, Pahanis, Sethwars etc.

3) Whether the revenue paid passbooks available?

4)Title deed, Aggreement deed

5)Partition deed

6) Survey Nos of that land and it's Jurisdiction

7) Sanctioned layout by the Panchayat or other local bodies.

8) Encumberance Certificate

9) Tax Receipt

10) Link documents etc
